Cash-based means your care is not dictated by insurance. Visits are 60 minutes, one-on-one, focused entirely on your goals . We provide superbills upon request so you can seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurer. HSA and FSA accepted.

Think of a superbill like an invoice or receipt for the treatment you received during your visit. You would submit this to your insurance for reimbursement via out-of network benefits (if applicable).

Each session is geared towards moving you closer to your goals. Whether that is back to lifting particular weights in the gym, running a 10k, or whatever it is that drives you. We will work together to get you there as efficiently as possible.

There is no “typical session”, simply because the session is largely dictated by where you are at in your rehab journey.
What you can expect is 60 minutes, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, utilizing hands-on techniques and exercise to help progress you towards your goals.
As you move through the rehab process, this will look a lot like your workouts at the gym.
